1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at pureaisolutions.com and any related services, products, demos, and content (collectively, the “Service”) provided by Pure AI Solutions, LLC (“Pure AI Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Who We Are
Pure AI Solutions, LLC is an AI automation company that provides services including AI-powered phone assistants and customer service, website chatbots, website design, outbound call services, missed-call text notifications, social media communication management, email list development, SEO and reviews, calendar hosting, and related consulting. We also offer educational content, including an “AI For Beginners” course.
3. Eligibility
The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction. Certain offerings, such as our “AI For Beginners” course, are designed for younger participants (ages 13–18); these may only be purchased, registered for, and supervised by a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on the minor’s behalf and remains responsible for the minor’s use.
4. Services and Consulting
We provide automation and related professional services. The specific scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines for any engagement will be set out in a separate proposal, statement of work, order form, or written agreement between you and us. In the event of a conflict between such an agreement and these Terms, that agreement controls for the services it covers.
5. AI Phone Assistant and Demos
We may make demonstrations available, including an AI Phone Assistant you can call to test (e.g., at 832-583-3003). Demos are provided for evaluation only and may be recorded for quality, training, and improvement purposes. Standard carrier message and data rates may apply. Do not share sensitive personal, financial, or confidential information during a demo. Outputs from AI systems are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your particular needs; you should not rely on them as professional advice.
6. Nature of AI Outputs
Our Service uses artificial intelligence. AI-generated content, responses, and automations may contain errors and may not reflect current facts or your specific circumstances. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI output before relying on or acting on it. We do not warrant that AI outputs will be accurate, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
7. Communications Consent
If you provide your phone number or email, or interact with our calling, texting, chatbot, or email features, you consent to receive communications related to your inquiry or the services you request. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions or by contacting us. Message and data rates may apply to text communications.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, accounts, or data;
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or copy the Service except as permitted by law;
- Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any party;
- Transmit malware, spam, or unlawful, defamatory, or offensive content;
- Use the Service or AI outputs to harass, deceive, or harm others.
9. Fees and Payment
Fees for services or products are as quoted in your agreement, proposal, or at the point of purchase. Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees are due as invoiced and are non-refundable once work has begun or a service period has started. Applicable taxes may be added. We may change pricing for future engagements with notice.
10. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all content, text, graphics, logos, software, and materials, is owned by or licensed to Pure AI Solutions, LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Service. For deliverables produced under a services agreement, ownership and license rights are governed by that agreement.
11. Your Content
You retain ownership of content you provide to us. By providing content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, and process it as needed to provide the Service and the services you request. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you provide and that it complies with applicable law.
12. Third-Party Services and Links
The Service may rely on or link to third-party platforms and tools. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that provider’s terms and privacy policy, and we are not responsible for third-party services or content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pure AI Solutions, LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the [twelve (12)] months preceding the claim.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pure AI Solutions, LLC from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
17. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or that we deem harmful. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Harris county, TX.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
